Sheila prays with us this Evening Prayer – in the darkness of our sin God has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God, embodied in the face of Jesus Christ. Sheila considers how often God has put people into our world to support us – our Lord knows how much we need our families and friends to encourage and walk beside us. Sheila reminds us that we see glimpses of Christ’s face in others and asks that others see God’s love reflected in our eyes today.
