Morning Prayer Friday April 16th 2021

Revd. Liz recites Psalm 57; “In the shadow of your wings will I take refuge, until the storm of destruction has passed by.” Liz prays to our Lord who protects us and weeps with us, as we mourn those we love who have died during this pandemic. She raises prayers to Christ who heals our broken world, who loves and encourages us as we speak love where there is hate, supports us as we bring hope where there is fear, and light where there is darkness. Our Rector prays that as we proclaim God’s Easter song, we may die to greed and rise to seek justice for all – our Morning Prayer.
