Revd. Liz leads both Morning and Evening Prayer this week. Today’s Morning Prayer considers a passage from Luke’s gospel chapter 17, verse 20 to the end, which describes a conversation between some Pharisees, who asked Jesus when the kingdom of God was coming, and Jesus’ response to them and the message he gave to his disciples; ‘The kingdom of God is not coming with things that can be observed; nor will they say, “Look, here it is!” or “There it is!” For, in fact, the kingdom of God is among you.’
