Arek leads both Morning and Evening Prayer this week. Today’s Advent Morning Prayer – Arek considers a passage from Matthew’s gospel, chapter 17, verses 14 to 21. This scripture follows the miracle of Jesus, who cured an epileptic child – when his disciples could not; “For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there”, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.’ ‘When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father, he will testify on my behalf. You also are to testify because you have been with me from the beginning.”
