On Sunday 28 May, St Luke’s will be hosting the confirmation service for our deanery at 6.00pm. It is the feast of Pentecost and we’ll be praying that the fruits of the Holy Spirit will be upon those being confirmed (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control)
Five people from our churches are being confirmed, along with others from St Mary’s Woolwich, The Old Royal Naval College Chapel, St George’s Westcombe Park and St Alfege Greenwich.
Bishop Karowei will be leading the service, and we look forward to welcoming people from our neighbouring churches. Please come along to pray and support the candidates from our deanery.
