Our prayers examine scripture and support our response in a prayerful and reflective way. The Reverend Bennett Spong leads Evening and Morning Prayer this week. Evening Prayer – Bennett’s asks us to turn our gaze to focus on tomorrow, and what we see. Bennett asks us to contemplate what we most need from Jesus to help us live out the day ahead gracefully?

We pray for world peace and for the people of Ukraine, and of Russia. We ask for wise decision-making and the moral integrity of all world leaders in the face of evil – most especially this night.
