Arek leads both Morning and Evening Prayer this week. Today’s Advent Morning Prayer – Arek considers a passage from Matthew’s gospel, chapter 18, verse 21 to the end. This scripture recounts Jesus’ answer to Peter his disciple, when he asked him about forgiveness; “Then Peter came and said to him, ‘Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many as seven times?’ Jesus said to him, ‘Not seven times, but I tell you, seventy-seven times.”
