Ash Wednesday marks the start of Lent, a 40 day period of preparation for Easter

Members of our churches will be at Charlton Station on Ash Wednesday morning, offering ashes to anyone who’d like to receive them. Some people receive them on their foreheads and others on their hands. We will also be handing our blessing cards to people who would like them.
