Evening Prayer with Judith who reads a prayer attributed to Aurelius Prudentius’ (a Roman, Christian poet who lived circa 348 – 413), she considers the power of the Holy Trinity – a oneness of light and power exceeding all else, ‘God of God Eternal’. While our day passes we live and work before God, but as we reach our time to sleep, Judith reminds us to take a moment to pray and adore our Lord, so that while our bodies recuperate our spirits remain in communion with Christ our saviour.
