Our new-look prayers are designed to examine scripture, supporting our response to these passages in a prayerful and personally reflective way, by our Rector Liz Newman. Ally W leads both Morning and Evening Prayer this week. Morning Prayer – Ally W considers Jesus’ message to us about our conduct and how compassion and humility are part of Christ’s teaching; “when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you, for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”
