Ali starts Morning Prayer this week – and contemplates the passage of time. Our days are but as grass, we flourish and flower yet we are at the mercy of strong winds blowing us off course and towards destruction. How quickly the abnormal becomes normal… Ali considers how wearing masks has become an accustomed way of showing that we are committed to, and care for others, those we love and strangers alike; as she prays for us all today as we wear masks – honouring and valuing every person among us. We greet the morning and God, asking for wise words and healing hands.
