We were thrilled to welcome the enthusiastic historian, Alun Butler, to St Luke’s recently. Alun has made several films about the history of churches in SE London and published them on his YouTube channel.

When Alun visited St Luke’s a couple of months ago, he met with Rick, one of the Churchwardens. We are grateful to Alun for the films he made and are pleased to share them here.

Since making these films, Alun Butler has also visited St Thomas’ to learn about the history there. We look forward to sharing this film soon.
